Automatic call recording by user

The are two types of recordings:

• Automatic recording by DDI: if enabled, calls received or originated by a certain DDI will be recorded. On the list, only the DDI that caused the recording is shown (no user tag, multiple users could be involved).

• On demand recording: activated manually by a user, on the list this user is shown.

This issue aims to add a automatic recordings by user, so that calls made/received by a user are recorded.
