Public Safety Answering Point / Emergency numbers

Like all market operators, we have an obligation to provide immediate access to rescue services.

In France, it is the "PFLAU". We must provide access to short numbers (12, 15, 17...) and prohibit users from using these short codes on phones and standards.

We need to automatically geolocate the users (with phone numbers and/or with information associated with the number) and direct the calls of the short numbers to the right rescue center.

It would be nice to have a global module to manage these short numbers, location (association of a number calling the short number with the right emergency center), and updating with information regularly sent by rescue center in standardized files.
