Design the devices list page.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] A list of all the devices, including revoked
• [x] Explore how revoked devices can be distinguished from active ones
• [x] Each device should contain the name, icon, status, added at, last seen date, last seen at (location), used X times
• [x] A CTA to revoke an active device
