When running faceset extract, DLLs are "either not supported by windows or contains an error"

Expected behavior

It works

Actual behavior

Weird error, Then proceeds to run on CPU and take a zillion years

Steps to reproduce

Install Run everything before step 4 Run "4) data_src faceset extract.bat"

Other relevant information

• Command lined used (if not specified in steps to reproduce): main.py ...
• Operating system and version: Windows
• GPU: RTX 3060 (and yes I'm using the 3000 precompiled binary)

I didn't have this issue when I had my 1660 super (and still used the old deepfacelab from 2020)

I get the error when training too, and it doesn't even go to the next step it just hangs at 100% with no activity.
