Description

The background is that currently cannot sense the contracts created through contracts. We hope to use a VM tracer to catch events similar to contract create2.

Here, a plugin has been added to the program, which can be used to set up a VM tracer and retain the tracer in the receipt to retrieve relevant events. With the plugin, off-chain indexers (e.g. AV2) can set up custom tracers.
