create section for deploy process

There are an awful lot of 'my build failed' questions in the FAQ, which isn't very findable (since search doesn't seem to ever find anything even when I'm looking right at the word on the page). You have a 'how to set it up' section, a 'how to configure it' section, and a 'nice features' section, and nothing for the actual 'deployment process' itself.

So that new section would need to cover where to find the ongoing deployment (that is, your repo's actions page), what the summary page can tell you, how to find/see the deploy in action, and what happens (broadly) in each step of the build process. And lastly, possible outcomes: the most common errors/warnings, places the build can fail, why you might see a 'skipped' message, and anything else all y'all might've run into that can trip people up.
