Camera issue

Bug Report

For example, on a phone running an unidentified Android version, the OS restarts once the user taps the camera button and takes a picture. Additionally, I've tried Cordova plugins, but to no use. In addition, I created a new Ionic project, but it was unsuccessful.

@Gjagadish123 the code reproduction should also include a GitHub repo with an app where the issue can be reproduced.
