What should this feature add?

Each model has many information, and I think there are some more info that should be managed in Invoke:

• Version
• Trigger words
• Link/URL
• Description

These informations could be added by hands, or auto detected by Invoke if the model has those information.

+1 for the "Link/URL" field... I know we can put it in the notes currently, but a clickable link within the model manager would make life easier.
