Changes to be noted:

1. Mapping Updates
2. Import EuroSciVoc Subjects and Cordis Awards
3. DB update of old record, drafts and communities - only needed by instances that were already using EuroSciVoc i.e. Zenodo-RDM
4. Reindexing
