Add devbox installation method to docs

Hi, we would like to propose Devbox installation as an alternative way to install InvenioRDM to the official docs. Please review and check if this fits the docs.
Hello Karl! Since this is adding a new way of installation in the official documentation and not all the developers of our community are familiar with how to use it, what about discussing it on the next telecon following the new feature introduction workflow which was presented recently by Lars, would that be possible before we proceed? That way, we could make sure the community is aligned before we support and maintain an alternative way of development/deployment.
Hi @kpsherva sure, I will present the idea at a Telecon. On 26th of August we will do one additional test to make sure everything works nicely with MacOS, after that I will present.
After discussion with @SarahW91 , we will close this and let the surrounding community support devbox for now. There is a link in https://inveniosoftware.github.io/awesome-invenio/ that points to it.
