Make connecting to the community more prominent

On https://inveniordm.docs.cern.ch/ I find it hard to get into the community:

STATUS: There is https://inveniordm.docs.cern.ch/contribute/

• the discours forum
  • where I cannot see much life
  • it talks about "month's release" but in the discours you see the last entry from March 2021 (invenioRDM v2)
• the github-issues-links
• and nearly impossible to see 'the chat' (https://inveniordm.docs.cern.ch/contribute/#implement-features)

SUGGESTIONS/THOUGHTS:

• github-issue-links: make them shorter e.g. github issue (so short text with long link to click on ;) )
• it feels odd that discours is mentioned but there is only 'old' stuff --- I would expect that the project is death or talks somewhere else...
• at least rename 'the chat' to 'discord-chat'
• however, I'm wondering whether the whole page could be structured better to find the points to go easier like here:

• I only found it because I knew it exists...

SUGGESTIONS/THOUGHTS:

• I expected it to be more prominent like here:
  • https://invenio-software.org/documentation/ and https://invenio-software.org/getinvolved/
• My first intent was to scroll to the footer on the frontpage to find a way to get into the community

I agree that Discourse looks quite dead and unless one takes the leap of faith and registers for Discord to check out the chat, its not obvious that it is the probably most active place.
