Cant get it to install

Hello,for the past atleast hour i have been trying to get Librefox setup,i downloaded 64.0 Installer (from the librefox github)And i also downloaded the windows config files,i dropped and dragged the files inside the Firefox folder (where firefox.exe is located)However when i open firefox it does absolutely nothing
