SNMPv3 options

Hi I try to import set of mikrotiks witm SMTPv3. First I set a one to check correct values.

When I provide cvs by module i get a part of it grayed out on preview

And finaly there is no authentication settings in hosts config. Passwords are set but Security Level and Authentication/Privacy protocols are not.

I suppose that I use wrong values but - where to find correct ones?
