Change dot style based on current slide index

Is there any way to change the dotstyle from dots previous to the current image ?

I was looking forward to turn the dots on the left side of current to white and filled dots and the one on the right to white border transparent (I used the container to make a border)

Maybe use the emitter to know the current slide but I'm not sure
