Hey @elbeno, @mjcaisse-intel, I'm looking for some feedback on any algorithms I could be using. I'm not a huge fan of all the for loops.

@elbeno, I also want a way to add runtime performance benchmarks to our CI. It would be nice to have a CICD feature that let's us add benchmarks and then have those benchmarks post a comment to the PR. Or have some easy way to track benchmark performance over time.
