Search discussions via slack

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In order to search discussions, users have to switch context and go to the discussions repo. If user encounters an error, their first instinct is to go to slack and ping support teams about it.

Describe the solution you'd like If users could do something like /github search-discussions "Search Query/Error Message" on slack and get top 3 or top 5 results, it would be a much nicer experience. StackOverflow slackbot already does this

Describe alternatives you've considered We considered developing an inhouse solution, but the problem is generic enough for many users to benefit from.
