Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I work in a bunch of repos and am CODEOWNER on specific sub-directories in them. I don't want to be notified of every PR that goes into the repo (even if it pings me on the ones I should care about), I want to be able to filter based on whether I'm assigned, similar to how I can filter by label.

Describe alternatives you've considered Pull Pandas used to do a great job at this - when it was bought I remember GitHub said its features would be integrated into GitHub's tooling and some of it has, but not everything. I haven't yet considered alternative tools, but I'm hoping you have a solution I haven't seen so I won't have to.
