Add feature to only subscribe to Issue comments (not PR comments)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to have a Slack channel where only events related to Github issues are posted, mainly for the purpose of support and prioritising new issues. That's currently not possible, as configuring with "issues comments", allows both comments to issues and comments to pull requests.

Describe the solution you'd like "/github subscribe issues comments" (and disabling everything else, including "pulls") should just post comments to issues, not PRs.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatively, make 2 new "features": "issue-comments" and "pulls-comments" that would do the obvious. This would be backwards compatible, so perhaps better
