Check status only displaying job name, makes it hard to distinguish checks

Describe the bug Currently in the slack message when you want to see the checks status, only the job name is reported. In our workflow we have multiple check workflows with multiple jobs inside, it's hard to differentiate them in the message.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create at least 2 check workflows with identical job names inside
2. Create a PR to run checks and have a message in the slack app
3. Try to distinguish the two runs

Expected behavior I as a user would like to be able to easily distinguish check jobs with a format of workflow.name / job.name
