Different message for release and pre-release

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the message for both a release and pre-release are the same so there is no easy differentiator between the two.

Describe the solution you'd like I suggest that the message for pre-releases should be sa follows:

New pre-release published by xyz
Pre-release - v1.0.3.9

I would also like to exclude pre-releases and only be notified of releases.

I agree! We comment on release notifications in Slack to mark them as Pre-Releases so we don't get confused when we're looking for the exact date and time of releases.
