Slack notify when issue is moved from one column to another in a project

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is time-consuming to go and look on projects and see what issue is in which column so I would love to see a webhook or a Slack integration that would be configurable in order to notify me when an issue Is moved from one column to another

Describe the solution you'd like Let's say I have a GitHub project and I have 3 columns Pending, In progress and Done And I would love to get an update in slack once someone moves from pending to in progress and from in progress to Done.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually checking.

Same applies to other custom fields, say priority or size are updated, iteration is changed, etc. Though ideally, we'd be able to specify which project fields to notify about as some could generate a lot of noise and aren't important to ping slack.
