Blank screen after writing spd

After modify my spd files and writing it I have a blank screen.

How to solve this please help 🥺

What did you change in the SPD?

I changed my sodimm ram spd from 22 22 22 52 74 to 18 18 18 36 54 and it perfectly worked but the issue came after I changed twr and twtrs by a lot then it became blank

Specs: Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3 15ACH6 Ryzen 7 5800h Rtx 3050 2x16 32gb ram dual rank

Take out 1 of your sticks and put in a stick with a lower speed

This should force your RAM to run at the lower speed

You should be able to boot into windows and reflash the SPD
