Add documentation about the repo relationships

The VDP project span over multiple repos including

• vdp
• pipeline-backend
• model-backend
• protobufs
• protogen-go

It would be nice if we provide docs to explain the role of each repo in the project, so the community has a better understanding of the VDP project.
