Inject "Curated for WWDC for Mac" Playlists

Dependent on #206.

We already intend to support playlists, & we would like to be add our own curated playlists from individuals in the community. We plan to achieve this by utilising CloudFlare endpoints to provide our own, augmented API including these, in addition to the Apple playlists API.

UI-wise, it might be nice to be able to separate these by subheading from the other playlists, in order to better highlight a unique value of our app. The playlists API currently has no concession to providing a description for the entire playlist, or per-video comments, both of which might be beneficial to this feature.

Crazy idea: maybe the videos on our curated playlist could come with baked-in bookmarks with comments from the playlist's creator? 🤔

That's an interesting thought -- I wonder how discoverable it would be, however. Maybe long term a "Bookmarks" tab would be a good way of allowing people to see a thumbnail of the video at the bookmark time, & the text contained in the bookmark?

I'm not sure how many people utilise bookmarks currently, to be honest 🤔
