Package and deploy mithril library for internal consumption

There is an interest from other projects within IOG to use capabilities provided by Mithril library (eg. ATMS for EVM-as-a-Sidechain project by @dzajkowski). We need to:

  • Automate build and packaging of the library
  • Package standalone executable when available (see #44 )
  • Deploy those binaries to some well-known location for easy retrieval
