Why

What

• Develop a prototype leveraging an experimental implementation of a new mini-protocol for signature diffusion on the Cardano network
• The prototype Mithril signer and aggregator implements the signature diffusion of the Mithril protocol with the network layer of the Cardano network.

Acceptance Criteria

• The prototype Mithril signer and aggregator implements a 2 way communication with the Cardano node to send and receive signatures which are diffused by the Cardano network layer.
• The developments rely on the implementation of this new mini-protocols in the Pallas library which is the preferred entry point for communicating with the Cardano node.
• The developments may rely on fake implementations of the mini-protocols, in case, related dependencies are not available.
