Create shared build/CI accounts

Open nblumhardt opened this issue 7 years ago • 7 comments

We're lacking a shared GitHub account for authenticating builds (and a shared AppVeyor account for running them). Running them under my personal account's not really viable; I'll sort this out ASAP. Via #59.

@nblumhardt Any update on this by chance?

Hi @farmerau - I'm no longer a maintainer on this repository. The build badge shoes as "successful" because that was the last build on master, but there hasn't actually been a successful build through that CI configuration for 2+ years. I'll remove it from my AppVeyor account to avoid confusion. Would be great if someone from InfluxData can take a look at setting up a new one.

Ah, my apologies! Thanks for responding!

Hi @nblumhardt,

Could you please transform ownership of InfluxDB.LineProtocol and InfluxDB.Collector to https://www.nuget.org/profiles/influxdata organization?

We would like to publish new version of packages and also continue with maintaining.

Regards

@nblumhardt also happy to add you to the influxdata org or figure out the best path forward here. Just let us know. Thank you for all your work on this!

@bednar @russorat done! If you haven't received the invitation please let me know. Once you've accepted it I'd be happy to be removed from the package/repo - it's better off in your hands. Good luck with it!

@nblumhardt thanks! I've updated the ownerships in NuGet.

We should be able to get an updated version published in the next few days. stay tuned.
