[Maverick] Add "Remove Demo Code?" to CLI walkthrough

Now that we have the npx ignite-cli remove-demo command, we can add it to the walkthrough, so you can spin up a barebones Ignite app or have the demo code included.

If you choose to have it removed (barebones), then it just runs remove-demo at the end, before committing.

This doesn't have to be in Maverick, btw.

Remove demo code? We recommend leaving it in if it's your first time using Ignite. y/N
