Description:

When deleting a buffer that pops a leave-or-stay-on-page window and chosing stay, the buffer stays open but disappears from the buffer list.

Expected behavior:

Buffer stays in buffer list.

Would you happen to have an example website this could be tested with?

For example gmail: compose new mail > disable internet connection > edit mail > close window > stay on page > press b. If one opens a new tab after this then the gmail buffer reappears.
