Discord is a great platform for communities to communicate and help each other, this PR adds links to the project's Discord Server on the website itself, as it only on the main repository before that and it wasn't clear if this project had a community server or not. A lot of people, myself included needed help working with swc and linking the Discord server in itself maybe a small step, but with lasting impacts. That being said, the server now being linked will allow more people to join and ask questions and help each other, and even help provide feedback for swc itself.
