Pass ignore CLI option down to the globConfig when fetching all source names so files are ignored.

@kdy1 or @kwonoj This issue has gone spookily quiet :-) Anything we need to do to move it along?

Checking in to see if there is anything I can do to move this PR along. I see an integration test is failing and I can look into that with some help, but don't want to spend the time if this PR isn't going to get merged (which based on the lack of comments seems to be the case). If so, would appreciate a comment saying this PR won't be accepted.
