Documentation on nightly builds should be clearer.

Hi

I have "nightly builds" ticked and every so often, the extension tells me that one is available and to restart

But it's never the version shown in extensions

Just now it came up saying Sourcery updated to version 0.12.7b20+97e8dc7e. Restart to complete update. I still have 12.6 installed

Hi @wardyemc - the nightly builds download and update the sourcery binary that is bundled with the extension - they don't update the version of the extension itself.

It sounds like they are working, but we definitely could do with improving our documentation around them so it's clear what is happening!

I'll tweak this issue to be about improving those docs.
