bad recording quality when only one leg spport comfortable noise

Describe the bug

fs-> ua1: g711 and cn fs-> ua2: g711

From ua1 to ua2，voice quality is good. But the recording quality is very poor。

when set suppress-cn to true in the external sip profile， the cn is suppressed both leg， and the recording quality become good。

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. FS call webrtc sip phone. g711/cn. webrtc will send CN and pcma to fs,
  2. FS bridge sip phone, the sip phone not support CN. only pcma in the media
  3. record session into wav
  4. Listen to the recording

Expected behavior

fs can support CN in one leg and recording with good quality

one of the ua speek very fast, and the other is normal.

can you please attach FS debug logs and pcap traces with this scenario ?
