If no one is interested I'll do this myself but I'd love to have a more-experienced contributor help with documentation and printed instructions.

Instructions would outline creating a FAT partition, rebooting, installing Elementary OS without a bootloader ($ ubiquity -b), and possibly a stuff-to-do-after-boot section.

Any help is graciously appreciated!
