Mount folder for Docker install

The doc's Docker compose uses ./hbbs and ./hbbr for the two services. Then the key will not be shared.

https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk-server/blob/master/docker-compose.yml in main repo has fixed this. I've changed that in my branch.

Also there's no instruction to use key in Docker compose install. Shall I add that?
