How to replicate the problem:

1. Fill out the Steps 1 & 2, using an Age > 18.
2. Click on the "Next" button.
3. On the "Finish" step, click on the "Previous" button.
4. The "Terms and Conditions" page from step 4 starts to bounce horizontally.
