Provide DMG with universal/apple silicon support

EVE has a native version for apple silicon now, so it would be nice if pyfa worked natively too. Right now trying to run pyfa on a m1 mac brings up the rosetta prompt.

I have no idea how to do it, I have no time and no hardware to do it. If someone wishes to do it, I am accepting pull requests.
