Create an easy way to start the examples without the need for installing.

There are two possible approaches, either put the application docker images in a docker repository, or use builder images. Builder images should use a volume for the .m2 repo. Please let me know which of the two has preference. It doesn't really add any value for me, so I probably won't start on it when nobody is asking for it.
