Git Credential Manager Getting Uninstalled automatically

Which Version of GCM are you using ? We are using Git Credential manager version 1.20. and we are having an issue where the Git credential manager gets uninstalled automatically. we are unable to find the root cause for this and this issue pops up quite often and then we loose the credentials as well and we have to reinstall the Git Credential manager.

Please help in getting the root cause and the way to fix this

This issue happens after reboot of the machine on which Git credential manager for windows is installed.
