built from source - need help

@fiskerface Until the feature is stablized, a official release won't be published on the releases tab. Some people may be friendly however and send you their own prebuilt versions of the latest Titan source code.>

Hey guys, I cant install titan from source and the victim tracker fails for me can som1 give me their built after the latest fix of victimtracker?

I tried to install from source but after installation it does not open Titan neither I got a .exe file to open it manually powershell installed everything and said 'titan is rdy to use'

I tried from source a year ago or half a year but I never made it work.. I need a release patch plz :) <3

I'll consider releasing 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT once the rate limit circumstantiation feature is stabilized.
