My console before opening the application to work, for the reason of "libc.dll"

libc is the C standard library. It exists on every Linux system. If your system is unable to find it, you're most likely on a Windows system or a broken Linux system.

If you're on Windows, please download the correct release for your system or build from source, which will automatically output for your current system. (Titan.zip is for Windows, Titan.tar.gz for Linux)
