Added contributions don't show up on the portal

Some users reported that they don't see their contributions once added with the MVP PowerShell module. Microsoft confirmed that it is a bug on their side related with Redis Cache...

API bug

"Microsoft Only" visibility will prevent you to edit a contribution

I noticed that I was not able to edit a contribution if I set the visibility. I did not find clear documentation on this.
