Extended jupyterhub-deploy-docker to make it work with nbgrader. Changes to make it work with nbgrader were not trivial and I think others might be benefit from it. However, I am not sure if this should be added to current repo or if there should be a new repo for this.

I am sure that the way I have made it work with nbgrader is not the best and I am open to suggestions and making changes.
