(This is probably just a thing to check we can do once the new site is up)

It's quite annoying that one can't move from one specification document to another while reading it. E.g. while skimming the core spec and looking for something that it turns out is in another document like the validation spec, there should be some fixed page header which allows clicking between documents rather than needing to go back and find the specifications page to get there.
