Updating from 2.5.1 to 5.0.0 causes data losses

Hello guys, as mentioned, updating from 2.5.1 to 5.0.0 has led to serveral data losses in our application on iOS 13. We're using SQLite database to store data. Desperately we downgraded to 2.5.1 again, hoping, that would solve the problem. Is it a known issue? Thank you for your help.
