How to scan dependencies

This is more a documentation request than an issue.

How does this plugin scan the dependencies of a flutter app?

For example, bloc is written in native dart and is used by many flutter apps. Or the connectivity_plus library is written in java for android and swift for iOS. Those external dependencies should be scanned for dangerous code.

How do I change the sonar-project.properties to scan those libraries?
