Environment Var ASSET_METADATA_UPDATE_INTERVAL does not seem to be documented. Can anyone share some light?

And how does METADATA_SERVER_URI work? Does the GraphQL backend pull assets metadata from a token registry into database? Our server is experincing #801 . Is it caused by incomplete asset metadata in database?
