esc before-unlock-after-wake does not work

dmesg from before suspend to after unlock

after unlock:

$ cat /sys/power/state
freeze mem disk

$ cat /sys/power/mem_sleep
s2idle [deep]

It sometimes also happens on regular suspend, but all the time on esc

I'm not able to suspend anymore after about 7h of system use and uptime, constantly getting same error mentioned above, here's dmesg logs from before failed suspend attempt till unlock

Seems like brave browser was causing the error on regular suspend, after pkill brave I was able to suspend without any issues, but esc before-unlock-after-wake did not work anyways, same error
