noticing the paragraph on security, noticing that there are a few things we could say about security in our docs that we don't, and it could be useful to users to gather security-related info into one spot.

I think this would likely make more sense in the main grafana docs?

I think there could potentially be two new docs (or additions to existing docs), one for users of plugins that explains how our plugins achieve high standards of security, and another one for plugin developers to explain relevant dev practices to avoid pitfalls / make plugins secure.
