grafana-zabbix "Cache TTL" is delaying Zabbix's IT Service Status update on dashboards

Describe the bug The grafana-zabbix "Cache TTL" configuration parameter is being considered for Zabbix "IT Service" status, delaying it's update on Grafana's dashboards. The default value is 1h, and if this value is kept the state of the component will take this long to change.

Expected behavior IT Service status should update as fast as any monitoring item, but it's delaying until Cache TTL expires. Cache TTL should only be used for metric names.

As a workaround it can be reduced to as low as 30s (for instance), but it may impact the performance some way.
